How do I cancel an item purchased on Wishiwish?

Wishiwish believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

➣ Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 4 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. 

➣ Products purchased on a discount or during the sale cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

➣ We take return if delivered product is damaged or wrong product is delivered. In case if you received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report to us at wishiwishh@gmail.com

➣ Damages do not include small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process, or cracks during the random displacement.

➣ Products received may look different from Product photos, but in case you feel that the product received is not as per your expectations, you must bring it to our notice within 4 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Refund Policy

➣ All refunds process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from your/customer’s premises. Post receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 7 working days. Depending on the orders, the processing charges might be deducted.

➣ Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded.

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products or services)

➣ Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or speed post only. 

➣ Orders are shipped within 10 working days and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. Wishiwish is not liable for any delay in delivery. 

➣ Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer unless specified at the time of Order. Wishiwish is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

➣ Free delivery is only applicable on few products. In case of a missed delivery (from a customer), an extra delivery charge may be applicable (this may applicable on free delivery products as well).

➣ Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable)

➣ We may cancel the order at any time if the pincode servicability is not found with our registered delivery partner.
