As our products are handcrafted and made to order, minor variations in design, color, icing patterns, floral arrangements, and presentation may occur. Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Policy

The product is delivered in a damaged condition and reported within the specified reporting period.

An incorrect delivery address or contact number was provided.
The recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.
Delivery is completed to a gate, reception desk, security personnel, or neighbor as instructed by the customer.
Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, public events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Variations in design, decoration, color, flowers, or ingredients due to the handcrafted nature of the products.
Damage caused after delivery or due to improper storage, handling, heat, humidity, or environmental conditions.
