In an event where a product that you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you to give an option of an alternate product. If we are unable to get in touch with you, we will proceed with sending you the alternate product since we know that you are sending it to your loved one(s) on a special occasion and we would not want anything to dampen the spirit of the occasion.
WishiWish reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason including under any unforeseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order such as limitations on quantity available for purchase, errors in product(s) or pricing information, or limitations of our credit department. Orders that are to be delivered the same day are processed immediately and cannot be modified or cancelled. If the order has not been prepared, we will try to accommodate your request. If the order has already been prepared and/or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified and you will be charged for the order.
You will receive an order confirmation on e-mail ID and SMS after order placement on the Website/App which will include all the details of your order, including the order number which will be required in the event you need to contact WishiWish. WishiWish shall endeavour to deliver the products to the recipient as per the delivery option selected by the user while placing the order. All orders requesting Same-day delivery must be placed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after this cutoff will be scheduled for the following day.The delivery time is subject to the location provided for delivery. For the convenience and requirement of the customer, WishiWish charges a nominal amount from customers for selecting fixed time slot delivery and such charges are displayed on the webpage while selecting the timeframe for delivery. However, under fixed time deliveries, WishiWish is obliged to deliver your product as per your opted time but it is always subject to factors beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”) including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, political disruptions, strikes, war, lockdown or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your e-mails and SMS regularly for updates.
Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stages. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
Before any festival or major occasions, we suggest you place your order at least 5 (five) days in advance.
Products that are hand delivered cannot be delivered along with courier products. The products may reach the recipient at two different times or days.
For same-day standard time delivery, orders must be received by WishiWish before 6:00 pm, Monday – Sunday, IST. For same-day fixed time delivery, orders must be received by WishiWish before 6:30 pm, Monday – Sunday, IST. For same-day midnight delivery, orders must be received by WishiWish before 7:00 pm, Monday – Sunday, IST.
You acknowledge that the requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination.
Delivery may be affected by Force Majeure Events.
In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. You must check your e-mails and SMS regularly for updates.
For perishable items like cakes and flowers, we attempt delivery only once. If delivery is not executed, you will still be charged and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the following cases:

If the recipient is not available, they may inform the delivery person to deliver to the gate/reception/neighbour.

If no one is available at the delivery address, the order will not be considered late. No refunds or cancellations will be applicable. We will attempt the following:

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary by ±1 day. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
Courier partners may not call before delivery. Ensure someone is available to receive the order. Address changes are not allowed.
Orders are securely packed and shipped. Tracking details will be shared post-dispatch. Delays may occur due to external factors.
If the recipient is unavailable, two delivery attempts will be made. After that, the order will be marked as delivered.
Hospitals:
Provide hospital name, address, contact number, recipient name, and room/ward number. ICU deliveries may be restricted.
Hotels:
Provide hotel details, recipient name, contact number, and room number. If the recipient has not checked in or has checked out, the order will be considered delivered.
Wedding Halls:
Provide alternate recipient details. If unavailable, delivery will be made to a family member.
Hostels/PG/Cantonment:
Recipient must collect from gate/security/reception. Order will be considered delivered once handed over.
Deliveries depend on service availability. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Perishable items may not be available in all locations.
No deliveries on national holidays. Orders may be rescheduled due to unavoidable events like weather, strikes, or restrictions.
We do not deliver to railway stations, metro stations, or airports.
WishiWish will attempt delivery only once. If unsuccessful due to:
The order will be considered delivered and no refund/cancellation/modification will be allowed.
To maintain surprise deliveries, we may avoid contacting the recipient directly.
Upon delivery, acknowledgement may be requested. If refused, confirmation sent by WishiWish via email/SMS shall be treated as valid proof of delivery in case of disputes
If you have placed two or more identical orders by mistake, you shall inform the same to WishiWish. WishiWish shall give a full refund for the duplicate order, provided that the order has not been prepared or delivered. In any case WishiWish discovers that the same order has been made twice, it shall try to contact the customer to confirm the order. If the customer is not contactable, WishiWish shall be free to take the final decision on behalf of the customer.
You agree to pay the price applicable and displayed for the product or service on our Website at the time you submitted your order, the delivery fees for the delivery service you selected, if any, and any applicable taxes (defined below). You will be solely responsible for payment of all taxes (other than taxes based on WishiWish’s income), fees, duties, and other governmental charges, and any related penalties and interest, arising from the purchase of the products and services not withheld by WishiWish.
All payments are non-refundable (except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions). We reserve the right to charge late fees on all due payments required to be made by the customer, which shall be equivalent to the higher of:
a) 1.5% (one point five percent) per month on the unpaid balance; or
b) the highest rate prescribed under applicable law.
You agree to pay for all collection costs, attorney’s fees, and court costs incurred in the collection of past due amounts.
“Convenience Charge” may be levied by WishiWish for facilitation of choosing product(s) and booking last moment delivery anywhere in India. This covers WishiWish’s internet and system handling costs.
Such Convenience Charges are correlated to the order value.
Order delivery is totally subjected to the payment credited in WishiWish’s account. Unless payment is received by us, the order will not be processed. WishiWish accepts payment via Visa, Master Card, RuPay, PayPal and American Express Debit and Credit Cards, Internet Banking, Digital wallets and UPI. All domestic and international cards are accepted by WishiWish.
You acknowledge that while making a transaction on the Website, you are not using any Credit or Debit card, digital wallet or UPI ID fraudulently and that you are duly authorized to use such card or payment mechanism. You agree to provide accurate and correct information of your card or payment mechanism for such transactions. The liability for fraudulent use of a card or any payment mechanism will be solely on you, and the onus to prove otherwise shall be exclusively yours. WishiWish does not take responsibility for any transaction processed without your consent or knowledge. The cardholder or holder of any payment mechanism shall be solely liable for the transactions and the amount charged on his/her account.
All payments made against purchases on the Website shall be in Indian Rupees (INR), as acceptable in the Republic of India. The Website will not facilitate transactions in any other currency with respect to purchases made on the Website.
Before shipping or delivering your order, WishiWish may request supporting documents (including but not limited to government-issued ID) to establish ownership of the payment instrument used for the purchase. This is done to ensure a safe and secure online shopping environment.

WishiWish strives to ensure timely delivery of all orders; however, in case of delays due to increased demand, WishiWish will inform you and make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible.
WishiWish’s customer care team works diligently to provide a seamless experience. However, during peak periods such as Valentine’s day, Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Dussehra, Holi, Ganesh Chaturthi, Eid, Christmas, response times may be slightly delayed.
